Healthy Brownie

Brownie is one of my favorite snacks or desserts. Yep! Perfect for Valentine’s Day dessert or for your Birthday. Here is my recipe under 2 minutes and under 200 Calories. I know how important is to eat healthy and stay in shape, and still enjoy desserts without feeling guilty.
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Almond Flour
1 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal
2 tsp Cacao powder
2 Tbsp White Eggs
1 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk, Coconut Milk, or your choice
1/2 tsp Almond extract
1 tsp 100% Maple Syrup
2 tsp chocolate chips, separate
Method:
1. Grease one ramekin with olive oil cooking spray.
2. Mix well all the ingredients.
3. Add to mixture 1 tsp of chocolate chips, and transfer to the ramekin.
4. Bring it to Microwave and cook for 55 seconds.
5. Flip the ramekin and transfer the brownie to a plate.
6. Sparkle with the chocolate chips.
Calories: 165
#valentinesday #brownie #paleo #healthyeats. If you are in a #ketodiet substitute the maple syrup for 2 envelopes of Stevia and omit the chocolate chips. Don’t forget adding Strawberries!
