How to make your own Almond Milk

You will need a blender, cheese cloth and a big glass jar. Ingredients:

5-6Cups of Filtered Water

2 Cups Unsalted Almonds

1. Soak the almonds about 8 hours. Peel the skin and rinse.

2. Bring the Almonds to the blender, add water and blend until all mixture is liquid. Add more water if necessary.

3. Add the Almond Milk to the jar. Use a cheese cloth to separate the milk from any almonds left.

4. Close the jar with a lid or a plastic wrap. Refrigerate.

Enjoy with your coffee, cake recipes and pancakes!

Makes about 9 Cups of Almond Milk.
